This property is already approved for
subdivision. Three blocks are ready to go, and the proposal for shared ownership

NINE PEOPLE come in with just $200K. 9 x $200K adds to the current
value of the property ($1.8 Million) and I will also build with this a large
$200K shed that is home base for all operations on the property (Including
office space for each owner). The goal is simply to move the
title out of the hands of the bank and into the hands of people who want a
country weekender.

How this works is very simple and we outline it here in
clear detail:
Your Investment starts the process by purchasing the
title off myself, the current owner. We then register the title into a company property where you
hold shares and also where you are also registered on title as a part owner of
the property. (This Registration and Shareholding can be converted to ownership of
your selected Community Title blocks if people wish to go down that path)

sheds suitable designed to be large and comfortable. We also conduct registered
survey and define each others personal space. We also tie the surveyed area up

Once Community Title Approval is
stamped on the Linen Plan (which allows individual financing of each Block through the banks) each
individual block will have a value of approx. $400,000.00 This gives the
property a Net Value of 20 x $400K or Eight Million Dollars

NOTE: Completion to design standards for Community Title represents a currently
unknown cost. We estimate the basic cost to be approximately $580K all up
