14 Acres with with great views at the top over the Tweed Valley. There is a good building spot at the front of  the property which is an easy place to put up a shed as a starting point on the property.

The main negative is that there is no Building Entitlement on. There are some 4000 properties in a similar situation in the Tweed Valley and it is getting sorted out, but technically all you can do is put up a shed, etc. at the present. Of course, there are 4000 people living in "Studios" in the Tweed Valley. I know one fellow with a 3500 Square "Shed" complete with a Celestial Moon Room.

You can put up a Shed, do farming, etc. The MAJOR issue of not having building entitlement is that you will not get a bank to FINANCE the mortgage, which is the main reason WHY it is so CHEAP.

BUY IT NOW! ... I have found a place I wish to buy near to Brisbane and therefore I want it SOLD. In fact, we want it SOLD yesterday.  I have a firm offer for a trade for another block which I am considering, but I would prefer to have the cash in hand.
