You can put up a Shed, do farming, etc. The MAJOR issue is not having a current building entitlement. This means you will only get finance at the existing VG valuation (Well under market value). This is the main reason WHY it is so CHEAP.

BUY IT NOW! ... I got stuck with the Credit Crisis and sandwiched between a bridging finance package and other properties I have bought. I would have sorted out the small issues around this place myself, but time and money constraints have put me in a position where it has to go.
